Music City Pharmacy always goes above and beyond to serve their customers. Susan and Jarod truly care about their clients well being. I could not recommend them more. I just moved and will dearly miss having a local compounding pharmacy with such compassionate owners. Don’t hesitate to have your prescriptions filled here!

I’ve recently switched from a large chain pharmacy to Music City Compounding and Pharmacy. Not only has their customer service been a breath of fresh air, but their intentionality and willingness to ensure you as the customer are educated about your prescriptions is heartwarming. They truly take their time with you and I appreciate them for that. They’re always responsive and willing to answer any question you may have. I’ve been to many pharmacies and haven’t felt that care so I am super grateful to have found them!

I LOVE music city pharmacy. They make you feel like family each time you speak to them and by the end of the call you have all questions answered and a good laugh! Also, they are amazing when you need your medication shipped to your home everything is packed up with care!

Going to pick up a prescription is normally dreadful, but not here. I genuinely look forward to picking up my prescription here as it's efficient and an incredibly friendly environment. Without a doubt, they have the best customer service that I've ever experienced with pharmacies. To me, it's up there with any business I've had experiences with in general. Every pharmacy I have ever used has always treated their customers like cattle, especially when you call them. Jarod and Susan, however, are about as nice and caring as they come in this industry.

I had a negative experience with the pharmacy I usually use and ended up using Music City Pharmacy and Compounding for the first time. I had one of the most positive experiences. Immediately when there was an issue verifying insurance they hopped right on the phone and figured it out. I walked out feeling like a friend as opposed to yet another customer. Friendly staff who clearly care for what they do. I’ll be using them permanently moving forward and recommending them to everyone!

This pharmacy deserves high praise....and your business! I flew into Nashville to take care of my sick college student. Our doctor called in a last minute prescription late afternoon on a Friday. I quickly scanned nearby pharmacies and chose Music City Pharmacy purely on ratings.....not realizing they are closed Saturday and Sunday. At 6:15pm (after closing) I got a call from the pharmacy. They didn't want my child to suffer through the weekend without medication. They said 'We will stay open until you get here'. The minute I walked in I knew we were in good hands. The kindest people! Seriously, above and beyond customer service!

This was by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to! I found them out of luck that they took my insurance and were right next door to my apartment. I had 3 prescriptions sent in yesterday and it was ready to be picked up the same day! They were diligent and fast, and made an effort to call me back the moment they had it done! So grateful to have found them.

I have never been so satisfied with a pharmacy. They are always so nice and treated me with kindness everytime that I came. If it weren’t for me moving I would never stop showing up every month! Would definitely recommend making them your top pharmacy to use in the Nashville area!!

THIS PLACE IS SOOOOO AMAZING!!!! I’ve used other pharmacies for 40 years and this is the best pharmacy I have EVER used!!! They actually care about me and want to help…they have been so helpful and kind to me I don’t think I can ever repay them….they have my BUSINESS FOR LIFE…u have to check these people out!!! U will NOT be disappointed
